I think the setting is very well crafted but not used to it's full potential. What I mean by that is that the fabrics for example are interesting, especially the lighter hemp cloth. However it's barely visible and I took notice of it only after some time of studying the picture (could be that I'm just distracted by the model here). It then starts to look like the fabric is binding her somehow. Or maybe it's a crude dress, almost entirely ripped and undressed. Both of these cases might look enormously interesting, captivating, or otherwise meaningful if fully depicted. Maybe you knew this, and the point is to make me think of these things.
I certainly think that a picture showing more of her surroundings would be interesting.
As a side note I see some details that look like accidental, but are nevertheless thought provoking. The way the model holds her left hand over the lower curve of her breast conceals it's size, and makes it look almost like a young man's chest. This effect with a little more boyish female model would make a striking difference between her upper body, and lower body that tells a more straightforward story of her sex.
